Box Hire Process


Boxes can be purchased by using our easy to use online ordering system.
Simply select the products you need and enter the quantities required or just select one of our ready to GO packages.
Or if you prefer, by calling 1300 880 412 and speaking to one of our friendly customer service representatives.


When placing your order online, you will be required to verify your order and select your shipping option.
For orders over $100.00 delivery will be free.
Orders under this value will be provided with the option of collecting the boxes (Sydney only) or paying a small fee for delivery.
Your order will be automatically calculated for you, and once you are happy with your selection you may proceed to pay for your boxes.


If you are an existing customer please proceed to our login area and enter your username and password, before providing your payment details.
For all new customers you will need to register your details before being allowed to proceed to our payment section. Payment can be made quickly and securely by credit card on line or you may elect to pay over the phone or by cash to the driver.
Simply select your preferred payment method.


Once your order has been placed, one of our team will contact you and provide you with a selection of dates and times for your delivery.
You will be provided with a two hour delivery window on the chosen date, so you don’t have to spend the whole day waiting for your order.
We can also, with your permission, leave the materials in a safe place at your home.


Once you have finished unpacking just call 1300 880 412 to organize your FREE box collection.
Boxes may be left in a safe place outside your home for collection, or a suitable date and time for collection can be organized with one of our customer service representatives.
